I have a confession… I’m not a personal trainer. Before you click away, let me explain! While I have all the same certifications as a regular personal trainer, what I mean is that I actually consider myself a Personal Virtual Health Manager

But what does this really mean?

Well, as I’m sure you know by now — if you’ve found yourself here and have spent some time clicking around on my website — I help people like you who want to stay fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle without compromising their busy schedules. And people with limited time often need more than a personal trainer.

Someone who doesn’t just tick a box after you complete a workout. Someone who gives you a bit more insight into what a healthy meal can look like. Someone who doesn’t just ask you to set aside x amount of time for a workout with no guidance on how to do that.

People like you need someone who can take a macroscopic view of your health — looking at your physical, mental, and emotional well-being alongside your lifestyle and priorities — to curate a plan that’s customized to your needs.

Am I saying that someone is me? Maybe… but why?

Well, unlike a lot of trainers out there who have been into fitness their whole lives, I’ve been exactly where you are. That’s why I want to share my story with you.

Personal training

You see, just a few years ago, I was in the same situation as you might find yourself in today: Overwhelmed by life as a single parent working a full-time, demanding (but very sedentary) job and feeling like there was no time or additional energy for me to prioritize my health or fitness.

The result?

Poor nutrition

Lack of exercise

An overall feeling of low self-worth

All of these things were holding me back from living my best life and -- most importantly -- being a better example for my daughter.

But then something changed…

I recognized that I didn’t look or feel the best I could be. It took recognizing that small adjustments could lead to big results over time – even if those changes were only taking one small step forward each day with the goal of creating healthier habits.

With an intentional focus on making better food choices and finding ways to incorporate movement into my everyday life, I started seeing amazing results in my physical health.

But it didn’t stop there. It wasn’t long before I noticed other areas of improvement too:

More energy

Better sleep quality

Improved moods

Because it’s not just about looking better at the beach, it’s about how you feel, too.

Success With Health Management

“Working with Jesus has been hugely eye-opening. I just started a new business and found it so hard to adjust to my new busy schedule while still maintaining my health. Having him available to check in with was a huge help but primarily Jesus was a huge help in keeping me accountable on the daily. If I missed a day, he never judged me for it but worked with me to hop back on things and make up for it as soon as I could. He's been instrumental in keeping me on track even though life has gotten a bit hectic!”
